How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Criminal defense work is challenging and you meet some great people.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

The better educated the clients are, the more we are able to save time and money, which results in a very productive relationship.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Yes, client input is extremely important to the successful outcome of their case.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

No. The consequences in a criminal case can impact a person's life forever. The government experienced lawyers are not going to protect clients who represent themselves. The accused should always hire an experienced criminal trial lawyer.

F. Edward Brown

I worked for Cameron Iron Works in Houston, Texas as Contract Administrator. Duties included preparing bids, processing specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits required. Reviewed bids from companies for conformity to contracts.

I have spent over 27 years dealing with all types of people from very educated to school dropouts. They are usually stressed by the time they contact a lawyer. Having gone through the process as a client and attorney, I bring a calm, compassionate voice that guides them through a very difficult period in their lives.

I am firm, fair, and friendly. I am a straight shooter, which means I tell it as I see it.

Personal interests:

I enjoy deep sea fishing, golfing, and internet design, development, and search engine optimization (SEO).
