How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Having watched the way many injured people are often treated by insurance companies, I felt it was necessary to try and use my knowledge and experience to assist people as they try and navigate the legal and claims process. Personal injury and workers compensation were the natural choices for me to try and achieve this goal.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

I spent nearly 17 years working FOR insurance companies. I have spent the last 8 years of my career trying to assist people as they battle with insurance companies for the rights and compensation to which they are legally and justly entitled.
While my former work on behalf of insurance companies does not give me any "crystal ball" or "magic powers", I have often found my past experience to be useful in the day to day claims, litigation, and/or negotiation process.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We strive to use our skills, abilities, and experience to obtain not only the long term goals of the claims or litigation process, but also the sense of well being and peace of mind that we have often found our clients to be lacking but desperately seeking as they battle with insurance companies.
We make ourselves available by phone, cell phone, text, and/or email so that our clients can always reach a concerned and caring person to help them with their problems no matter when they might occur.
