As a mother of two school-aged children, Nicole understands all too well the difficulty clients face when contemplating painful situations such as incapacity and death. Nicole received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1992 and her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 1997. She has been in private practice since 1999. Nicole is a member of the California Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section and also East Bay Trusts & Estates Lawyers. She is an active speaker, educating community groups on estate planning issues throughout the Bay Area.
