In my practice, I focus on what I am passionate about...helping families enjoy peace of mind. With the help of a qualified estate planning attorney, you can establish a comprehensive estate plan. With such a plan in place, you will have someone to make financial and health care decisions for you when you are unable to speak for yourself. You will have written instructions for your family to follow if you are being kept alive only be mechanical means. In addition, you will ensure that your assets will be passed to who you want, how you want and when you want. Nobody likes to think about their family having to go on without them, but your loved ones will thank you when you have removed part of the burden by having a comprehensive estate plan in place. In my practice, I work with each of my clientâs unique goals and concerns to ensure that their plan meets all of these goals.
Whereas most attorney's prepare wills, trust and estate plans in addition to their primary practice area, estate planning is my primary practice area. Because I focus all my attention and passion to this one area of the law, I am continually reading and updating my knowledge of estate planning. It is my desire to give you the best estate plan for your individual needs, goals and concerns.
In my firm, every client's documents are prepared by me personally, a Florida licensed attorney. Your estate plan will be given the personal attention that you would want it to receive. In addition, you will have continued access to me for periodic reviews of your estate plan at NO additional charge. You will be charged any additional fees when your plan requires updating.
