I do not offer fixed price litigation work. However, I do provide contingent fee representation in selected cases. Typically those involving the violation of a federal or state anti-discrimination or workers-rights statute and a high dollar amount at issue.

Mr. Moutz has worked as a trial attorney at Dorsey & Whitney, LLC in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Denver, Colorado from 2000 through 2003. Mr. Moutz has also worked for the international firm of Hogan Lovells, LLP as a litigator in their Boulder Colorado office from 2003 through the end of 2009.
