Firm Overview

Mr. Moutz formed The Law Offices of Eric J. Moutz, LLC in Boulder, Colorado in 2009. Mr. Moutz made the decision to form his own firm after working for almost a decade as a trial attorney for two large international law firms, located in Denver and Boulder Colorado, where he handled numerous complex and high-stakes litigation and employment law matters.

The Law Offices of Eric J. Moutz, LLC is dedicated to providing aggressive and smart legal representation to individuals and businesses in Denver, Boulder, and throughout Colorado. Mr. Moutz has nearly a decade of experience as an attorney representing clients in lawsuits involving significant financial or reputational exposure, with an emphasis on contract disputes, employment litigation, securities, and real estate litigation. Once he has taken a case, Mr. Moutz focuses on finding ways to effectively tell his client's story at trial, to avoid wasteful work that increases fees, and to tirelessly pursue a favorable resolution of the matter. Obviously, however, all cases are different and results cannot be guaranteed. See www.moutzlaw.com for more information.
