Workers Compensation
Workers' Compensation Lawyers Protecting Your Payments And Rights
If you or a family member was injured or killed at work, you are entitled to financial compensation for losses and damages. As long as the injury or death occurred while work duties were being performed, workers' compensation insurance should cover you for several possible losses, including:

Medical expenses
Mileage expenses
Lost wages/income
Permanent disability if your impairment is permanent

There are numerous nuances to calculating, pursuing and protecting the benefits that you are entitled to, and trusting the insurance company or your employer to fully cover all important aspects of your case without the guidance of an independent lawyer is one of the worst things you can do for yourself.
