The Law Office of Emil Fleysher, P.A. focuses on helping Florida individuals and families with mortgage and debt problems that they can no longer handle on their own.
The Law Office of Emil Fleysher, P.A. was incorporated in 2009 and officially went in to business in 2010. Initially, the majority of our clients were Loan Modification cases. However, in serving our loan modification clients, it became apparent very quickly that our clients were also in need of additional legal services such as foreclosure defense, short sale, debt settlement, and bankruptcy relief. This firm prides itself on being able to help clients at any stage of their mortgage and/or debt troubles.
Mr. Fleysher has been featured in the Palm Beach Post's "Ask a Legal Expert" column where he has contributed several articles relating to Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, and Foreclosure Alternatives.

I am the President and Founder of the firm. Prior to starting my own firm, I worked at a prominent Ft. Lauderdale consumer protection law firm where I spearheaded the creation and implementation of their consumer bankruptcy practice. While attending law school, I volunteered over 300 hours at the Immigration and Consumer Protection units at Legal Aid of Broward County.
Prior to attending law school, I enjoyed careers in the Real Estate, Construction, Retail, and Marketing fields. I apply the skills I acquired in each of these experiences to my law practice on a daily basis.
My strengths are my commitment to my clients' success, my continuing legal education, my personal style of service, and my straightforward and transparent communication style.Personal interests:
My personal interests include spending time with my family and friends, attending concerts and stand-up comedy shows, and spending time on the beautiful Florida waters.
