Our firm's coverage experience is extensive and spans across multiple lines of insurance including, personal lines property and liability, both in the personal auto and homeowners context, as well as a wide variety of commercial lines including commercial general liability, commercial property, boiler and machinery, inland marine, ocean marine, agricultural, excess liability, flood, personal and advertising injury, construction defect, indemnity, director and officer, workers compensation, business interruption, employee theft, commercial auto, and uninsured motorist policies. Our firm also represents individuals and business, both in the context of a defense under an insurance policy or individually in commercial litigation, commercial property litigation, construction defect and construction injury cases, automobile liability cases, employment matters, premises liability, fraud, and workers compensation.
