Edwards and Kautz, PLLC, has five attorneys who focus on different areas of the law. Mark Edwards, Chuck Tveite, and David Troutman handle most of the civil cases in the firm.
Our civil attorneys primarily practice in the areas of personal injury, handling auto accidents, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, and other injury and accident type cases.
Attorneys Will Kautz and Dave Bundrick work almost exclusively in the area of criminal defense.
Mr. Kautz and Mr. Bundrick handle DUI cases, traffic offenses, misdemeanors, and felonies. We handle cases in both state court and federal court.
Dave Bundrick has been an associate attorney at Edwards & Kautz since joining the firm in 2010. Prior to that, he was a public defender for four years. Mr. Bundrick has tried cases dealing with everything from traffic offenses to murder. He is originally from Opelika, Alabama, and received his undergraduate degree at nearby Auburn University. Mr. Bundrick resides in Paducah with his wife, Shannon.

David Troutman has been an associate attorney at Edwards & Kautz since 2011. Prior to that, he was an attorney at the public defender's office where he tried a multitude of cases. He represented individuals charged with crimes ranging from DUI to murder. He now focuses his legal practice on personal injury. He is originally from Paducah, Kentucky where he attended Lone Oak High School.
Check Tveite has been an associate attorney with Edwards & Kautz, since January of 2011. Mr. Tveite handles personal injury cases, car wrecks, worker's compensation and disability. He is originally from Benton, Kentucky, and received his undergraduate degree from Murray State University. He currently resides in Paducah.
