What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

In law school, only the top graduates are offered the privilege of working for a federal judge. Our attorneys are among the few to clerk for two federal judges after law school. Clerking for a sitting federal judge is the toughest training an attorney can get, bar none. Having participated in several hundred federal court cases, Edwards & Cherney's writing and advocacy skills are razor sharp.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

The attorneys in our firm are licensed to practice in Arizona, California, Nevada and New York, and routinely practice in other jurisdictions throughout the United States on a pro hac vice basis.
Our firm and its attorneys have participated in cases including spouses in California family court, Nevada spouses seeking to enforce spousal obligations in New York or any other combination thereon. In commercial matters, our attorneys have represented business in multi district litigation throughout the United States, including several creditors in litigation to recover aircraft valued in excess of $50 million dollars, representing an international real estate broker in various cases throughout the United States and representing large real estate developers in the acquisition, entitlement and development of large scale real estate projects in excess of $20 million dollars.
