In each case Ms. Peregoy assists these employers with domestic and international transfer of foreign personnel, including executives, managers, and other highly skilled professionals, and individuals of extraordinary and exceptional ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, and athletics.

Ms. Peregoy has lectured and published on commercial and immigration law topics and is consistently listed in Martindale Hubbell's "Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers"; "The Best Lawyers in America"; and in New York and New Jersey Magazines' "Top Lawyers" and "Super Lawyers" publications for her work in Immigration Law.

Ms. Peregoy is a past Chair of the N.J. State Bar Association, Immigration, Naturalization and Americanism Section.

She has been a member of the ABA Paralegal Advisory Board of Berkely College, Woodland Park, New Jersey since 1990.
