Firm Overview

For over 40 years, Donald W. Fohrman & Associates, Ltd., has represented injury victims throughout the State of Illinois.

In addition to handling all types of personal injury cases, we also concentrate our practice in employment related matters such as employment discrimination, sexual harassment and overtime wage claims.

We are also very proud of the representation we have provided to Illinois firefighters and police officers who have been injured in the line-of-duty. We are currently only a handful of law firms in the State of Illinois who devote a portion of their practice to representing firefighters and police officers. As a result we have extensive knowledge of the Public Employees's Disability Act and the Illinois Pension Codes. We have the experience to handle these claims and maximize benefits for Illinois firefighters and police officers under the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act.

We believe that every client, no matter the case, should be treated with respect and their claim gets the attention it deserves. Our staff are all long time employees of the firm and they make it their priority to ensure that every claim is handled efficiently, professionally and that, in the end, our clients are pleased with the service they receive.
