Services Offered For Fixed Fees?
There are no fees unless you win your case. The attorney's fees due are either 25% or the total past due benefits paid not to exceed $6000 (which ever is less). Payment of attorney's fees is made directly by Social Security.

I think it is important that clients understand the requirements for applying for disability benefits and the process of appealing a denial of benefits. I think it is important for the clients to educate themselves about the process and their medical conditions so they are able to be assertive in their medical care and wellbeing.

I welcome documentation prepared by clients. I encourage my clients to send me any documents they feel are relevant to their case.
