Mark Mazzanti is a founding partner of Del Collo & Mazzanti LLP and has emphasized workers' compensation defense litigation in behalf of insurers and large employers in his 33 years of practice.

Mr. Mazzanti's introduction to Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Law was his judicial clerkship with the late Theodore O. Rogers of the Commonwealth Court. He then learned the claimant's perspective as an associate at a well-known plaintiffs firm, before moving on to staff and senior trial counsel positions with major insurers, defending civil actions, as well as workers' compensation claims.

In the course of his career, Mr. Mazzanti has handled literally thousands of workers' compensation hearings, mediations and expert witness depositions, as well as scores of oral arguments before the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board and the Commonwealth Court. He has also been a speaker for PESI on medical cost containment, and for the Bureau of Workers' Compensation Conference and the Philadelphia Bar Association on Impairment Rating Evaluations, and has appeared before numerous insurers and self-insureds on a wide range of Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation topics.

Ryan McNicholas has been practicing Pennsylvania workers' compensation for over a decade and also handles civil litigation. He started his career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Lancaster District Attorney's Office where he handled various criminal matters and many jury trials. Prior to that, he worked as an intern at the Delaware Attorney General's office and Berks County District Attorney's office. He left the prosecution scene after being recruited by the offices DelCollo & Mazzanti and has remained with the firm since. Max Kimbrough has been an associate at Del Collo & Mazzanti LLP since January 2011, after graduating from Penn State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2010.
