Dawson Law Group

Firm Overview

We have decades of experience and a long record of success in representing people who have been seriously injured in car, motorcycle, truck, and bike accidents. We especially take pride in communicating well with our clients and in giving good advice about how to best receive fair compensation.

We first have a phone call or meeting to find out about the accident and to answer your questions. Once a client hires us, we handle communicating with the insurer about injuries and we investigate the accident and gather medical and lost income documents.

For injury cases, we work on a contingency fee basis, so clients don't receive bills for our time. Rather, we receive a percentage of the recovery when the case settles or we win at trial.

We have an office in West Linn where we normally meet with clients, but we also have a Portland office.

Bryan Dawson

I grew up in Happy Valley and graduated from Clackamas High School. I then attended Claremont McKenna College (B.A. '89) and the University of Chicago (M.A. '93). While in college, I worked as an intern in Congress and in Parliament.

I attended law school at the University of California, Berkeley, where I was on law review and won an award for written and oral advocacy.

During and after law school, I worked at three of the biggest law firms in the U.S. I then decided to move home to Portland, where I've practiced law since 1999.

My hobbies are mountain climbing, backpacking, fishing, and golfing.
