Firm Overview

Our law firm is composed of attorneys David K. Pinckney and John J. Pinckney. As brothers, we attended graduate school together and now work together as a small general practice law firm focusing on Bankruptcy and Debt Relief matters. We handle a variety of bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy cases for clients all across the South Carolina Lowcountry.

We have an excellent track record in the Bankruptcy Courts of South Carolina. Each case is unique and presents a host of financial and other issues on which we work to provide meaningful solutions. Our cases have involved folks from every walk of life... from doctors, lawyers, bankers, realtors, mechanics to small and medium sized businesses.

We are also equiped to handle cases on appeal, where client interests are presented to the higher courts for further action despite how the initial trial court may have ruled. One example appellate case is Glover v. Glover, 2007-UP-207, filed 05/09/07, in which we successfully reversed a Circuit Court judgment on appeal from Dorchester County to establish our client's standing to set aside a fraudulent tax deed, recognize a constructive trust, and confirm a prescriptive easement.
