Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

Chapter 7 bankruptcy will cost you a low, competitive, flat fee.

Chapter 13 bankruptcy will cost you a low, competitive fixed amount before filing, and the balance of fees (as determined by the Judge) will be paid as part of your Chapter 13 Plan payments.

Hourly Rates

In Chapter 13 only, we charge $200 per hour for Mr. Hoskins' time and $95/hour for any legal assistants and paralegals.

For 22 years, before beginning a practice devoted to bankruptcy law, Dave Hoskins practiced in many areas. His experience in a broad range of laws distinguishes Dave from attorneys who have practiced only bankruptcy law. His prior practice includes: significant experience in real estate transactions and litigation, representation of a fire protections district, acting as a hearing officer in special education due process hearings, a track record of successful experiences in dispute resolution with emphasis upon thorough preparation and leverage analysis for options of settlement or trial, facilitation of thoughtful client decisions making by clearly presented factual and legal analysis and cost/benefit analysis of options.

I'm a Denver native, having attended South High School, the University of Colorado School of Business, and the University of Denver School of Law. I practice law in my own firm, David C. Hoskins, P.C. from 1982 to 2003, then was an associate attorney with the prominent bankruptcy firm, George T. Carlson & Associates, for 9 1/2 years, before re-establishing my own firm.
