Mainak D'Attaray

Mainak D'Attaray has extensive experience in a wide variety of legal areas including personal injury, business, real estate, employment, entertainment, commercial law, and criminal defense. He has successfully tried dozens of trials to verdict. Not to mention, the numerous substantive and procedural motions he has argued throughout California and Colorado courts.

Mainak majored in Philosophy at the University of California, Los Angeles, and obtained his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder. During law school, Mainak was a member of the Journal of Telecommunications and High Technology Law, a founding and board member of the Barrister's Council (Moot Court and Mock Trial Honors Board), and a member of the Colorado Law Mock Trial Team.

Mainak is admitted to the California Bar and the U.S District Courts for the Central District of California, and the District of Colorado. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Jesse Terrell

Mr. Terrell began his career with the Los Angeles City Attorney's office, where he amassed a flawless record of bench and jury trial verdicts before starting his own practice. As a former prosecutor, Mr. Terrell gained incredible insight into what it takes to litigate a case. He knows where to push to get a prosecutor to dismiss or reduce a charge, and he is not intimidated by the prospect of trial.

Mr. Terrell earned his bachelor's degree at the University of California, Los Angeles, and his juris doctor at Southwestern Law School, where he was awarded twice with the CALI "Excellence for the Future" award, and twice with the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence. In 2011, Mr. Terrell was honored by the Federal Bar Association with the Judge Barry Russell Award for Excellence in Federal Practice.

While in law school, Mr. Terrell clerked with the California Army National Guard Judge Advocate General's Corps where he assisted with the prosecution of several courts-martial.

Mr. Terrell is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
