Daniel B. Reinfeld

Mr. Reinfeld is a trial attorney specializing in Personal Injury, Property Damage, and Insurance Claims. He has over 20 years experience in Federal and Florida Courts. He began his career trying felony cases to verdict for Broward's Public Defender Office. A selection of the his trial verdicts and reported cases are published below. In addition to trial work, Mr. Reinfeld is an accomplished appellate attorney with successful appeals before the Third and Fourth DCAs, and the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Reinfeld has worked on a host of complex legal projects throughout the years, including the Florida's Medical Malpractice reform laws (Amendment Seven) and the first federal Graves Amendment actions (Garcia, Huchon, and Druin). Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Mr. Reinfeld is a 30+ year resident of Hollywood where he resides with his wife and two sons.
