The Dale Law Firm is your "go-to" law office for all legal needs. We serve families and small businesses who need that extra support during trying times.
The Dale Law Firm is committed to giving superior service to all clients. Carolyn's father, Lucien Dale,Sr. and relatives James C. Dale, Jr. and James C. Dale, III practiced in middle Tennessee for over a half century each. Carolyn established The Dale Firm in 2009 after the sudden death of her father and "inheriting" many clients with varying needs.

"I love helping families in all sorts of situations."

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

The Dale Law Firm believes that most folks will need legal help at some point in life from birth to grave.

Family law encompasses children's issues including custody and visitation. Some children will need assistance with guardianships or adoptions.

Adult parents will need the best legal advice to make informed decisions affecting the best interests of their children.

Likewise, adult children will have questions arise while assisting their aging parents.

Elderly people may need assistance with conservatorships, wills or estate planning.
