How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

We started as a Real Estate and Estate Planning Law firm that provides escrow services. We saw a need in the community for an experienced and passionate bankruptcy attorney to help with the community's debt problems.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

Our primary bankruptcy practitioner is Steven Palmer. Steve has experience on approximately 1000 bankruptcy cases and has worked for both the big banks and for individual debtors. He decided he would rather help people keep their dreams alive rather than force them out of their homes and cars. To that end he returned to working with individual debtors. His experience working for creditors and on the many bankruptcy cases he has worked on will be of great benefit to our bankruptcy clients. We value our clients and we value our reputation. We look forward to being able to help you with your legal needs in the near future.
