Firm Overview

Seasoned Legal Judgment Focused On Positive Results For Clients.

When you are represented by me, you receive the following benefits:
Attention---I work closely with my clients to learn as much about their driver history, the detailed factual context of their contact with the police, and the potential implications for their professional license/job or their student disciplinary boards. By exploring all of these aspects at the beginning of the representation, I am able to better tailor the strategies that work best for each client's unique situation.
Trial Experience---I have been trying cases since 1987, giving me skills that come only from extensive experience in the courtroom. I use my client's driver license hearing at the Motor Vehicle Division to assist with preparation for the criminal trial. I use pretrial motions to get my client's case in the best possible posture for settlement or trial. My trial strategies are proactive and flexible to get the best results for each client.
Dedication---In addition to my practical experience, I also keep up with the latest developments in the area of DUI defense. This includes getting extensive continuing education and by membership in the National College for DUI Defense and the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar.
