Melissa Peat and Rhonda Henderson have been practicing in criminal law for a combined total of over twenty (20) years. Melissa Peat is married to a citizen of the United Kingdom and began practicing in immigration law when she moved to England in 2002. The major focus of our practice is on these areas of law in which we have experience and a dedication to our clientele.
Melissa Peat graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a minor in German in 1998. Melissa then went to Florida State University College of Law, graduating with her JD in 2001. Melissa then completed a Master's degree in International Affairs at Florida State University, completing the degree at FSU's campus in London. Thereafter, Melissa began working in London, qualifying as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2004.
Rhonda Henderson graduated from the University of Central Florida with her bachelor's Degree in 1994 and received her JD from the Florida State University College of Law in 1998. A second-generation attorney, Rhonda practiced for a number of years in Orlando, Florida before settling in Brevard County.
We are a local law firm with international experience. We are conveniently located near all major immigration courts in the State and are willing to travel to better serve our clients.
