Many lawyers describe themselves as p€œersonal injury€ attorneys but truthfully specialize in something else, like tax, real estate, or corporate law. These lawyers are merely trying their hand at personal injury law. Other lawyers are professional advertisers who operate only by the large number of cases they handle, commonly called plaintiff mills.Other lawyers simply refer their cases out to other attorneys who will actually handle the case and pay them a referral fee.

At Clifford K. Wells, PA, you can trust that Mr. Wells will handle your auto accident case personally and with regular communication back to you. Mr. Wells has dedicated his career to helping those injured in auto accidents recover the compensation they deserve for their damages. He will represent you aggressively and is always prepared to go to trial if needed.

If you have been involved in an auto accident and think you may be injured, seek treatment right away. Then contact an attorney who will handle your case properly from the very beginning. Our consultations are free and you owe us nothing unless we recover for you.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

currently in the sweet spot of his career. He has been practicing for over a decade, but despite his experience, he is still relatively young and still has all the ambition of a younger attorney that you may not see in older lawyers. As of 2012, Clifford K. Wells has molded a very successful reputation without TV advertising; he has been blessed to be able to rely on fantastic results and referrals by other attorneys or doctors who want the best for their clients/patients.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

More education is always better; however, you really have to have a qualified attorney to guide you. As proof of this truth, just look at the fact that attorneys hardly ever represent themselves at trial.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

Our firm is not set up for this type of partial representation. We prefer to make sure each trial is set up properly from the very first call by a potential client.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

While we do not handle any type of partial representation agreements, we do (in some cases) advise our clients to assist us in saving costs by collecting their own treatment records or bills. However, Attorney Wells and his staff handle all communications with the insurance company and prepares all of your documents at an appropriate rate.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

Mr. Wells began his post secondary education by obtaining a B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health. From the beginning, he has been dedicating to protecting the safety of individuals. Furthermore, he has spent his entire career as a dedicated personal injury attorney. Having never specialized in anything else, Attorney Wells has accumulated more experience litigating personal injury cases than other attorneys with careers of equal or even longer periods.

CLIFFORD WELLS, ESQ.

Prior to founding Clifford K. Wells PA, Mr. Wells had spent years working for other plaintiff personal injury firms when he decided that could do better for his clients on his own. He had already earned a great reputation in Florida, and has only expounded that reputation as a more seasoned trial attorney with over a decade of litigation experience. On the other hand, despite all of his experience, and unlike some older attorneys that have become complacent, Mr. Wells is still as aggressive as he has ever been.

Clifford Wells is extremely hands on with all of his clients. He meets all clients during intake and reviews every document that leaves the firm. He attends all depositions, meditations, trials himself.
