How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
As a law enforcement officer and as a District Attorney I saw the need for attorneys with diverse experience to help people with divorces. Upon my retirement from law enforcement I opened my firm and have handled hundreds of family law cases.
That same experience has also aided in criminal law cases as well as estate planning issues.
What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others
The diversity of experience of all of our staff members is helpful in assisting clients with their legal needs.
What distinguishes your law firm from others?
We are a very 'up front' firm. We don't lead clients in directions that will not be advantageous to their case. If a client's position is untenable we will tell the client because ultimately they will save attorney's costs and court fees by taking a more realistic and practical approach.
