Christine Schnarr Chiarello

My early career was spent as an associate in the St. Louis, Manhattan and Princeton offices of two internationally-recognized, large law firms. I then joined the in-house legal department of a New Jersey-based pharmaceutical industry company, ultimately serving as Vice President, Associate General Counsel. From there I joined a small law firm, and ultimately started my own.

Representative transactions include assisting in the 1997 Price Waterhouse/Coopers & Lybrand merger and the 2007 sale of the Cardinal Health PTS division to the Blackstone Group. I have been involved in FDA 483 responses and Paragraph IV litigation. I have managed the corporate governance of an entity with 55 subsidiaries worldwide and significant lender compliance obligations, and managed a complex, phased internal reorganization of a well-known US public securities trading house.

I am well-versed in business processes, including Lean Six Sigma process improvement, quarterly and monthly management operating control mechanisms, Board of Directors meetings, business performance metrics, compliance procedures and human resources-related policies. A client I assisted in overhauling its compliance policies was recently named one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere.

I am admitted to the bars of New Jersey, New York and Missouri.
