Firm Overview

My law firm is committed to providing exceptional personal service tailored to your individual need. I will take the time to explain your rights and options so you can make the best choices for you and your family.

After practicing in personal injury law for several years, I chose to open my own firm to focus on family law and divorce, so I can make a fundamental and positive difference in the lives of my clients.

Example cases

Mother had primary custody of very young child. Two referrals to CPS came in alleging both physical and sexual abuse of child with mother as perpetrator. Child's counselor wrote a declaration regarding her own concerns about the suspicion of abuse. Father was granted emergency restraining order. Mother came to me swearing she never did these alleged acts. We had her take and pass a polygraph test, which we used collaborative evidence that she had nothing to hide. We quickly ordered and received CPS investigative reports and a letter signed under oath by the CPS caseworker that the case was being closed as unfounded. We also got in touch with other third parties, who according to them, had had horrible experiences with father's new wife making false allegations to CPS, as well as new wife being founded for physical abuse herself. We attached all of these documents under seal for the court to get the full story. Based on the new information the court found that there was not sufficient evidence to continue the restraining order and my client was once again primary parent.

Christine Gallagher

I began practicing law in 1998. Early in my legal career, I gained experience in personal injury law. I have been involved in many personal injury cases. Before stepping out on my own, I worked with clients involved in family law disputes and found it important to me, both as a person and as an attorney, to devote my energy to practicing family law.

Living through my own parent's divorce taught me to actively listen to clients with a sense of compassion.

As an attorney, I am compassionate and caring. I understand that my role is to help reduce the significant stress in my clients' lives.

Personal interests:

I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy reading, traveling, skiing, and boating.
