Dealing with family law matters such as divorce and custody can be an emotional roller coaster. It is our aim to help mitigate, to the extent possible, the financial burdens commonly associated with these legal proceedings for all parties involved. Given these goals, we make every effort to work collaboratively with opposing attorneys and parties representing themselves when possible. However, not every case lends itself to this collaborative process given unreasonable and untenable positions taken by the other side. When these situations arise, we are equal to the task and will do everything necessary to protect your rights.
