The Law Office of Christen Shepherd strives to treat every client as an individual, not a file number. Ms. Shepherd will listen to your needs and work to fashion a cost effective resolution for your matter.

Our office handles all manner of family law cases, including adoptions, guardianships, powers of attorney for child care, divorces with or without children, legal separation, maintenance and support (formerly known as alimony), paternity/custody cases, and child support establishment or modification.

Ms. Shepherd has worked on behalf of both mothers and fathers from all walks of life in state circuit courts and administrative agency matters concerning the custody and support of their children.

I appear on behalf of clients in courts in Clay, Platte, Jackson, and Cass counties, primarily, in Missouri and in Johnson County, Kansas. I also appear in administrative matters before the Family Support Division, situated in Jefferson City, Missouri.
