The firm is a general practice law firm whose focus areas include Social Security Disability Law, Real Estate Conveyancing(Buyer/Seller/Lender Representation), Bankruptcy, and Probate and Family Law. Additionally, I represent debtors in defending against debt collection actions, offer the drafting of wills, health care proxies and powers of attorney. Should you need assistance with a legal matter, I will happily provide a complimentary consultation.

Example cases

-A 58 year old man suffered a stroke and was unable to continue working in his current profession. I filed a Social Security Disability case on behalf of this client, which resulted in an award of approx.$2,400 per month at the initial application, with nearly $10,000 in retroactive benefits received. As of April 2013, 4 claimants were awarded on-the-record decisions prior to hearing before ALJ.
