1 N. Pinckney Street
Chirafisi & Verhoff is a Madison-based law firm that practices in circuit, municipal and federal courts throughout the State of Wisconsin.
Chirafisi & Verhoff specializes in handling drunk driving cases. Both Attorney Chirafisi and Attorney Verhoff have handled thousands of drunk driving cases over the course of their practice and have taken hundreds of cases to trial. Our lawyers understand that the stakes are high for those accused of OWI. Your liberty interests, driverâs license, and often employment are on the line when facing such charges. The laws and administrative rules surrounding OWI charges can be complex and confusing. No one should go at this alone without someone looking out for your best interest. Prosecutors will not tell you if you have legal defenses and often will not negotiate in the same manner with a person who is self-represented. Our attorneys are here to offer sound legal advice that you can understand and achieve the best outcome possible.

As former prosecutors, both Attorney Chirafisi and Attorney Verhoff have handled all types of criminal cases from both sides of the aisle. Our lawyers practice exclusively in the areas of criminal defense and drunk driving defense in the federal and state courts throughout Wisconsin. From white collar crimes, drug offenses, property offenses, sexual and physical assaults, to other sensitive crimes, our lawyers have successfully defended clients charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses throughout the state. We understand how prosecutors think, what arguments work and how to best defendant your interests. Our attorneys firmly believe that people should not wait until they are charged with a crime to speak with an attorney. Early intervention often leads to the best results. But it is never too late to consult with a lawyer. There is help. There is hope.
