How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

The intellectual challenge of the subject matter and love of being in court with the ability of limiting one's practice.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Do so but consult with qualified attorney for specific advice.

Do not recommend pro se representation in bankruptcy cases.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Only if I am retained to take over the case as attorney of record.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

Will not do so.
