John Anthony Castro is the managing partner of Castro & Co. Mr. Castro earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC. Mr. Castro also earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from UNM School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Texas A&M International University. Mr. Castro is an internationally recognized published scholar and recently published International Taxation in Plain English, a practitioner's guide for attorneys practicing in the field of international tax and estate planning.
Mr. Castro is licensed with the United States Department of the Treasury, which authorizes him to practice federal tax law in all 50 states as well as in the 68 countries with which the United States has income and estate tax treaties.

Mr. Milam earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law, where he graduated with high honors. He was a recipient of the Hutchison Endowed Law Scholarship, as well as the Smellage Scholarship. Mr. Milam is an alum of Howard Payne University, where he also graduated with high honors. He is licensed with a Texas State Bar with pending admission to the DC Bar.
