Gary L. Casinghino is a native of Manchester, New Hampshire. He graduated from Central high school in 1971, where he was President of the Student Council. He graduated from Holy Cross College in 1976 and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. He is admitted to practice law before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in Boston.
From 1983 to 1986, Attorney Casinghino served as Assistant County Attorney for Hillsborough County, where he prosecuted misdemeanor appeal and felony cases and gained extensive jury trial experience. From 1986 to 1997, Attorney Casinghino was engaged in an active litigation practice with the firm Craig, Wenners, Craig and Casinghino, P.A., in Manchester.
