A medical malpractice law firm harnessing years of prior defense experience to now benefit medical negligence victims and their families in Maryland and Washington, DC.
Carlos G. Stecco spent the first 10 years of his career defending doctors, hospitals and other health care professionals in medical negligence cases. Now, we fight exclusively for victims and their families. We know most of the defense attorneys, how they think and the strategies they likely will pursue in attempting to defeat a claim. We put that knowledge to work to help our clients get answers and results. We have successfully used this approach to recover millions of dollars for our clients.
At Stecco Law, P.C., we limit the number of cases under investigation at any one time, allowing us to provide you with the personal attention that your case deserves. You will speak with the attorney involved in the handling of your case, as well as staff members with direct knowledge of the status of the investigation.
All consultations are always free and there are no legal fees or expenses unless there is a recovery. Stecco Law, P.C. will invest its own resources and time thoroughly investigating your claim, and there is never an obligation for repayment of expenses unless there is a recovery.
