How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

The firm believes that employees should have a level playing field and that individual employees have rights against both small and large companies. Many times employers think they can bully or intimidate employees, who may not realize that they do not need any money upfront to pay attorneys. Employees have basic rights that deserve to be protected.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

Byrnes Law PC's full-time attorneys only practice employment law for plaintiffs. They do not ever represent employers and they do not practice any other type of law. This focus allows our attorneys to develop an expertise and stay on top of up to the minute changes in employment law.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We will take on cases that other firms may deem too small or unimportant, because we do not require upfront fees or costs. We only get paid when you do. Byrnes Law PC will accept cases against the largest corporations in New York, but we will also fight for the employee against small and mid-size companies.
