Burk & Reedy, LLP is a small law firm specializing in some of the most challenging and interesting areas of entrepreneurial law. Our offices are located in the District of Columbia. We specialize in and are attuned to the needs of small and emerging businesses. We ideally work with clients through their first several rounds of private financing; providing advice and counsel in most aspects of corporate law, including private securities laws, non-profit law, business transactions, corporate governance and international law.

This level of expertise is most commonly found in larger law firms. With Burk & Reedy, that expertise exists independent of a large organization primarily because we focus on the needs of small business...helping them to start, grow and then protect their business and the assets of the founders.

We strongly advocate a team approach. Our lawyers work closely with business planners, accountants, strategic planners, branding, marketing and public relations specialists. We also work closely with other attorneys and law firms who specialize in other areas of expertise such as intellectual property. We have a vested interest in seeing that you succeed. Our reputation depends on it.

The attorneys of Burk & Reedy take a hands-on approach to the law. Our clients work directly with senior attorneys who are experienced in their areas of expertise. We are fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Our lawyers are available when you need them for advice, without having to wade through layers of junior attorneys. Service is individualized and attuned to the client's specific needs.
