Our lawyers provide a wide variety of services in the area of Business and Corporate law: forming entities, assisting emerging businesses and advising existing businesses, preparing and negotiating business agreements and other documents such as leases, contracts, service and sales agreements, employment policies and agreements and employment handbooks. Robert C. Brown

Mr. Brown's practice includes both civil trials and appeals, and transactional matters. He represents small and medium-sized businesses and banks on a variety of issues ranging from general business dealings to complex bankruptcy and contract matters. For businesses, Mr. Brown concentrates in real estate and zoning, construction and business tort issues. Patricia M. Dengler

Ms. Dengler has practiced in Wichita since 1981 concentrating in business matters in both transactional and litigation areas. In her practice, she represents a variety of businesses, including healthcare, manufacturing, financial services and service companies. Ms. Dengler advises management on employment polices, regulatory matters and organizational issues. Her client base also includes not-for-profit corporations involved in graduate medical education, social services, and health care. Christopher W. O'Brien

Mr. O'Brien has practiced in Wichita since 1975. He is highly skilled in bankruptcy, insolvency and workout matters. Clients include debtors, creditors, and committees in bankruptcy in Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations and Chapter 13 individual reorganizations. Mr. O'Brien also represents numerous small business clients involving business organizations, general business representation and transactional matters. In addition, he also has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts in commercial and business matters. Other areas of practice include wills, probate, guardianship and conservatorship matters.
