Michael C. Scinta, Esq.

Mr. Scinta's practice is limited to personal injury cases on behalf of injured individuals, families, and groups. He has been recognized for having obtained one of the largest nursing home negligence verdicts in New York State. Mr. Scinta also has one of the only punitive damages verdicts in the State of New York. He has taken to trial just under 50 cases in his career covering all facets of personal injury law including auto injury, construction injury, nursing home neglect and abuse, and injury on property.
