:: Workers' Compensation Defense ::
Brooks, Stevens, & Pope, P.A. was founded to defend employers in workers-compensation matters, and nine of our ten attorneys concentrate their practice in this field. We believe one reason for our success is that we do not wait to advise clients after trouble has developed, but actively work to help keep our clients informed, with the hope that trouble can be averted. Our attorneys and staff are dedicated to providing our clients with quality legal service that is responsive to our clients' needs. We represent various third-party administrators, self-insured employers, and insurance companies nationwide. Given our central location in North Carolina, we handle claims on a state-wide basis.
