Our goal is to help our clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives as seamlessly as possible. Assisting clients with their family law and estate issues is both rewarding and fulfilling.
We see every client as an individual and treat them as such. No two cases are alike, nor should they be treated the same. We take the time to look at the specific details of every issue our clients are facing, and create individualized strategies to reach the most favorable outcome for our clients.
Massachusetts permits attorneys to assist clients in a limited capacity in the Probate & Family Court if the lawyer has been specially certified to office Limited Assistance Representation. We are certified to offer LAR to our clients and are more than happy to assist clients in whatever capacity they choose. LAR is an excellent option for clients looking to keep costs low.
* Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the state agency that licenses lawyers. Any past disbarments and suspensions (with possible exceptions for minor violations or nonpayment of dues, in our discretion) will be indicated accordingly in the badge. Member attorneys are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any state licensing agency.
