Attorney Brian DeAmicis has more than 30 years of legal experience in the areas of civil, real estate and bankruptcy matters, and is familiar with the courts in Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado and Yolo Counties, including the federal and bankruptcy courts.

We handle both real estate litigation and transactions, including commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and sales, mortgage loans, and other real estate financing. In the probate cases we handle, which include decedent's estates, conservatorships and guardianships, we can formulate and implement your estate plan.
