Firm Overview

At the law offices of Brenda W. Furlow, we strive to be caring and compassionate but fiercely aggressive in protecting the rights of injured and disabled workers.

Having worked for 8 years as a registered nurse early in her career, Ms. Furlow has a unique ability to help manage each client's medical care. We will deal with the adjuster and the nurse case manager in order to help prevent delays. Our goal is to help our clients recover as much as possible as quickly as possible.

During her 25 years of representing only injured workers, Ms. Furlow has represented several catastrophically injured clients. In these cases, it was necessary to go all the way to a trial before a Judge of Compensation Claims.

If it becomes necessary, we stand ready, willing, and able to go to court for you.
