How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

At Bowles & Verna, we care deeply about our clients and their well-being. That means doing everything we can to help them in their greatest time of need and loss, both in advising them on how to deal with their tragedy and in advocating for protection of their rights. Only by holding responsible parties accountable for their loss can any sense of justice be achieved. We are proud of our history of success in helping people who suffered a loss through no fault of their own.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

Our lawyers have tried cases to juries in courts throughout California and been recognized by peer reviewed organizations for record breaking results obtained. We are routinely hired to represent victims in the most complex and difficult mass tort cases. Examples are the international aviation crashes involving Air France Flight 447, Air Philippines Flight 504, and Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 (for which we obtained a total of close to $100,000,000 in client recoveries) and assorted California based environmental and fire catastrophes (for which over $50,000,000 has been recovered). Our firm is well staffed and financed to handle any case.
