Free Initial Consultation?

Every potential client is welcome to a free initial consultation, usually one hour in length. The consultation lasts until the client is either ready to make the decision to retain Borzilleri Office or feels they need more time. There is no pressure to sign a Contract on the date of the Initial Consultation.

Borzilleri Law Office is a small operation, so all matters are handled solely by Attorney Christine Borzilleri. However, Attorney Borzilleri does offer reasonable hourly rates and payment plans, and is willing to negotiate rates for low-income clients.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Whenever a case can be resolved without having to litigate in front of a judge, Borzilleri Law Office takes advantage of that opportunity. This saves the client time, energy, stress, and most importantly money.

Attorney Christine Borzilleri is an active participant in three programs administered by the Rhode Island Bar Association; the Volunteer Lawyers Program, the Low-Income Lawyers Referral Service, and the United States Armed Forced Project.
