Michael Yeager has more than two decades of experience in immigration law, policy, and enforcement in the private sector and U.S. government.
During the Obama Administration, he served in the senior management of U.S. Customs and Border Protection as Assistant Commissioner for Congressional Affairs. Prior to his service in the Department of Homeland Security, he practiced immigration and nationality law in the Washington metropolitan area representing companies and individuals before federal courts and government agencies. He also served in several other positions in the federal government, including as a senior attorney for the principal oversight committee in the House of Representatives, a law clerk for a United States District Judge, and legislative director for a member of Congress.
