How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Mr. Tatlow began representing the beer bottlers of Anheuser Busch in the late 1990's on Life Insurance and disability cases. This quickly spread to other trades such as beer brewers, sheet metal workers, electricians, and pipefitters because of his high success rate. Mr. Tatlow prides himself in working hard for his clients to get the best results/recovery possible.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

Phil Tatlow has successfully handled in excess of 150 ERISA cases involving Union members and working men and women's claims that are denied by major insurance companies and employers in the Missouri, Wisconsin, and Illinois areas. Phil Tatlow has represented individuals seeking disability benefits and insurance benefits for the past 26 years. Some insurance companies think that if they deny a claim that the client will just give up and not appeal it and not sue in Federal Court. In the past few years, executives, attorneys, surgeons and even insurance representatives have hired Phil to represent them on their Long Term disability or life insurance claims falling under ERISA law.

Many times our clients want to try and settle a case before trial.
