How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Attorney Bogle was a State Prosecutor for six years in Pinellas County, Florida. When she decided to open her private practice she wanted to combine her skills as a prosecutor with helping families in their time of need. Tauna decided to open her firm in Punta Gorda to handle Family Law issues as well as Criminal Defense issues. Her insight and courtroom experience as a prosecutor gives her a unique insight for case strategy and evidence procedures.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

Tauna Bogle is Board-Certified in Criminal Trial matters. Fewer than 1% of Florida attorneys are Board-Certified. Only Board-Certified attorneys may present themselves as experts.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We focus on treating our clients with care and concern as we work to resolve their complex legal issues. We have the resources and the structure of a large firm without the impersonal feeling that can often accompany a large organization.
Our office is directly in front of the Charlotte County Courthouse. Our legal teams knows the lay of the land here in Charlotte County and our approach to cases with opposing counsel is fair but firm. We play well with others but we will also tee it up in the courtroom when needed. We prepare our cases as if they are going to trial so we stand ready if negotiations break down.
