William F. Bochte

Mr. Bochte had the honor of serving his peers through an Illinois Supreme Court appointment to the Illinois Board of Admissions to the Bar, as both a member and chairman of the Character and Fitness Committee for the Second Judicial District. Mr. Bochte has lectured in the area of family law for the Kane County Bar Association.
Mr. Bochte is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Kane County Bar Association. He is licensed and practices primarily in the Illinois Trial, Appellate and Supreme Court, as well the United States Federal District Court and United States District Court of Appeals.
Mr. Bochte currently concentrates his practice primarily on transactional matters involving real estate, business law, and commercial litigation.

Theodore L. Kuzniar

Mr. Kuzniar was selected by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve the legal profession as a member of the Board of Admissions to the Bar. He served as President of the Board from 2011 to 2013.
Mr. Kuzniar is a member of the Illinois State and Kane County Bar Associations where he has been a lecturer. He is licensed to practice in the Illinois State, Appellate, and Supreme Courts, as well as the United States Federal District Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, in 2001, he became licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court.

Michael T. Navigato

In January of 2013, Mr. Navigato was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court as member of the Committee on Character and Fitness for the Second Judicial Circuit. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, and the Kane County Bar Association. Mr. Navigato has been a lecturer for seminars presented by the Kane County Bar Association. He also volunteered his time as a coach in Geneva and Wasco from 2004 to the present date.
