TRADEMARK/COPYRIGHT REGISTRATION & MANAGEMENT. Registration of trademarks and copyrights is important to protecting your intellectual property from infringement. Registration puts the public on notice that the material is protected and is a prerequisite to bringing a lawsuit in federal court. We can assist you in registering your copyrights and trademarks.
BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS. Every business needs to enter into a variety of commercial agreements. We provide a cost-effective solution for small and medium-sized businesses that cannot afford employing in-house counsel to draft and review their commercial contracts.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS & COVENANTS NOT TO COMPETE. Before a business exchanges ideas and technology with potential business partners it should have a good non-disclosure agreement in place. Such an agreement is a essential precaution that prevents the potential partner from stealing proprietary information and ideas or disclosing them to competitors.
