Commercial Contracts. Every business needs to enter into a variety of commercial agreements. We provide a cost-effective solution for small and medium-sized businesses that cannot afford in-house counsel to draft and review their commercial contracts.

Technology Licensing. We assist clients in protecting their rights in technology licensing agreements and in ensuring that the agreement sets forth the terms they bargained for in clear and concise language.

Terms of Use. Any company that sells a service to a customer needs to a have an agreement in place that sets forth the terms of service. Such an agreement establishes the terms and conditions by which the service is provided and conditions the customer’s use of the service on acceptance of those terms.

An effective privacy policy informs customers about the personal information the company collects, how it uses that information, with whom it shares the information, and the steps the company takes to ensure its customers’ privacy is secure.

Trademark/Copyright Registration and Licensing. Registration of trademarks and copyrights is important to protecting your intellectual property from infringement.
